Here is this year’s season, with audition information noted by each production:
Moon Over Buffalo by Ken Ludwig – September 8-10, 2022
Step into the manic lives of the Hays, currently performing “Private Lives” and “Cyrano de Bergerac” in repertory in Buffalo in 1953. But when their daughter shows up with a big announcement, George’s promiscuity leads to bigger problems. Only the theatre can solve this conundrum! Full of hijinks and laughs, Moon Over Buffalo is a classic theatrical farce.
Miss Witherspoon by Christopher Durang – November 9-13, 2022
Veronica doesn’t really like life, and living, but she isn’t prepared for the rules of the Bardo, a intermediate existence between life and death where souls subconsciously choose their next destination. Veronica goes in and out of lives, never satisfied (she’s a dog for a little while …), and her stubbornness eventually draws the attention of some higher beings. Miss Witherspoon, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2005, is a funny, cynical yet authentic look at the meaning of life, the power of faith and fate, and a road map for our existence, if we care to look at it.

Set in the jazz age of the 1920s, Chicago revolves around two vaudeville performers accused of murder: Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart and Velma. Both women have to balance their desire for fame with their desire to be set free and the unscrupulous characters who might help them also might deter them. Featuring multiple famous numbers like “All That Jazz,” “Cell Block Tango,” “Mr. Cellophane” and “Razzle Dazzle”, Chicago is one of the most famous musicals involving Bob Fosse and his unique dance style. Prepare for a sizzling night of musical theatre!
