Tech Timeline: Pippin
The show opens on Thursday March 3rd .
We will begin technical rehearsals on Monday, February 14
We will begin full, technically complete runs of the show on Wednesday, February 16.
We will begin Dress rehearsals on Thursday, February 24. We will be having EVENING Rehearsals starting February 21. All Tech Crew heads need to see a run of the show before February 14.
Properties:
Work with set designer and directors to have props designed by deadlines.
January 14: Have a preliminary props list done and checked by the director Stage manager and Tech Director before finishing the final list.
January 24: Final Props list done.
February 1: Rehearsal props in place
February 7: All props either bought and/or rented and in the building or soon to be finished.
February 15: All props due.
Big Props Needs:
Body parts, throne, table, map, benches, banners, torch, cart
Light Design:
January 24: Lighting plot needed.
January 31: List of rentals due.
February 2: Major lighting needs figured out.
February 14: Lights hung, focused, and gelled
Costumes:
January 24: All sketches complete in color.
January 24: A list of what needs to be built, rented, and purchased is complete as well as where we will get the items or materials.
February 1: Begun building any items that need to be built.
February 21: Costume parade
February 28 Costumes complete Dress Rehearsals
Makeup:
February 7: all sketches completed
February 14: Makeup mixed
February 25: Actors trained
Sound:
January 24: Sound cue sheet complete
February 7: all sound effects/Music Found
February11: All training done
Publicity:
February 2: Posters and shirts turned in to printers and t-shirt maker.
February 11: Teaser posters posted.
February 14: Press releases.
February 18: Posters get posted.
February 18: Banner gets posted.
